An efficient quality system, a good financial situation and the will to work with DEFINOX in a spirit of partnership and progress, are prior conditions to become one of our suppliers.

Any site, of a potential DEFINOX supplier, must above all get a positive evaluation in comparison to our registered suppliers in the same field of activity, and based on the following points :

• management strategy
• quality
• competitiveness
• logistic
• general aspects : financial situation, market and product positionning, etc...
• supplier's ability to communicate

It's the same for any registered site of our suppliers : we keep it in our files only if its evalution based on these same points, remains positive.

Quality Products Insurance

The Quality Insurance Products (AQP) ensures consistent quality of our products.
It allows basic controls when entering a DEFINOX factory, without changing  our suppliers responsabilities.
 
The AQP DEFINOX process , includes 6 phases :

•  inquiries and choice of our supplier
• development of our requirements list
• development / acceptation the AQP file
• validation of the manufacturing process
• acceptation of samples (= specimen)
• reception of products in series

Delivery for series is conditioned by the acceptation of specimen.
The progress of the phases is coordinated by the DEFINOX buyer.
